How We Do It
Our team handles every aspect of your estate sale, from start to finish.
We organize all the contents of the house.
We price every item.
We stage your home and the items in it to have an impactful presentation to potential buyers.
We advertise the sale on EstateSales.org, EstateSale-Finder.com, and our Instagram account.
We invite return buyers and collectors who may have an interest in specific items.
We host and manage the sale each day, including repricing items for the final day to clear out final items.
We coordinate any trash removal, recycling and charitable donations. We partner with Do Good Multnomah who assists with furniture removal that is used for their transitional housing clients.
After the completion of the sale, you will receive your portion of the proceeds and a broom-cleaned and cleared home.
